As a senior consultant, I work with customers directly to develop anaslytical solutions that help to drive change in the decision making process. I work with organisations across the energy, state infrastructure, and education industries to build end-to-end solutions. As an engineer I ingest, transform, and curate datasets for organisations to use, as an analyst I turn those datasets into actionable insights using tools like Microsoft Power BI to create bespoke reporting solutions.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic Microsoft recruited me to perform online training webinars and workshops. This project was only supposed to last a few months, however our success saw this opportunity grow into a full time role as I took a primary role in training organisations how to use low and pro-code tools like Power BI to get more value out of their business data. Online, Hybrid, and In-Person training was what I did every single day, and I loved it.

Repairing laptops and relationships, working as an in-person technician I fixed and set-up anything and everything Microsoft related. Virus-ridden laptops, broken screens, misconfigured DNS servers - this is where I cut my teeth in the world of IT.
